ClickInvitation.com is fully available in both English and French, so you and your guests can navigate in the language of your choice.

Create elegant digital invitations sized perfectly for phones: 4x6 inches (default) or 3.5x6 inches. Customize them in two languages (front and back) or use both sides for extra information.


Video Cards with Music :

Upload a custom video invitation with background music to make your message unforgettable.


Smart Sending Options :

Send the invitation from your own SMS or WhatsApp number to make it more personal and avoid spam concerns. Alternatively, send directly through our platform using our Montreal-registered number (area code 438).


QR Code for Printed Cards :

Generate and print a unique QR code for your physical invitation so guests can scan and view the digital version.


Guest Gallery Uploads :

Guests can upload their own photos directly to your event's gallery from any device.


Complete Guest Management :

Upload a CSV file of all your guests at once. Export the guest list at any time by status: invited, confirmed, declined, or opened – all downloadable as an Excel CSV.


Automatic Guest Tracking :

Easily track and auto-count: Total guests, Confirmed attendees, Guests who opened their invitations, Guests who haven’t opened or haven’t received their invitations. All selectable via a dropdown menu under the guest list.


Seating Cards & Meal Choices :

Print individual seating cards for each guest with their name, meal selection, and table number.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & HOW-TO

How do I change the background?
Under the Invitation page, click on Envelope and Background. Choose a background from the listed images. Don't forget to click 'Save Changes' at the bottom.
How do I change the envelope color?
Under the Invitation page, click on Envelope and Background. Then select either the inner color or outer color box to open the color picker and choose your desired shade. Click 'Save Changes' when done.
How do I change the font or color of guest names on the envelope?
Under Envelope and Background, select Guest Name's Font Style or Font Color, make your selection, and click 'Save Changes'.
How do I change the invitation message title?
Under Envelope and Background, edit the box labeled Invitation Message Title, type in your desired title, and click 'Save Changes'.
Can I choose what options guests see when they open their invitation?
Yes. Under Envelope and Background, choose from up to 6 options: Attendance Confirmation, Select Gift Suggestions, Reception Check-In, Upload Event Photos, Go to Website, Apologies For Not Attending. Select or unselect boxes as needed and click 'Save Changes'.
How can I preview my invitation?
Under the Invitation page, click Preview, or send it to yourself via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
How do I send invitations to guests?
Go to the Guest List page. Click Send Invitation next to a guest. A box will appear with 5 delivery choices. Choose your method(s): SMS, WhatsApp, Email—or all. Ensure your envelope settings are correct first, then click 'Save Changes'.
Can I send invitations to all my guests at once?
Yes. Click the checkbox next to Guest List, select Send Invitation, and follow the same steps above.
Can I filter my guest list?
Yes. Use the white dropdown box labeled 'All' on the Guest List page. Options include: All, Checked In, Declined, Confirmed, Not Opened, Not Sent, Opened, A–Z, Z–A.
Can I export my guest list?
Yes. Under the Guest List, click Export and choose from: All Guests, Confirmed Guests, Declined Guests, Checked-In Guests, or Export Invitation Links.
What does "Open" in green mean under a guest's box?
It means not all allowed companions were added yet. Once all members are added, the message will update.
Can I search for a specific guest?
Yes. Use the Search by Main Guest or Member box on the Guest List page.
What is "Add from Other Events" for?
If you’ve used ClickInvitation before, you can import guests from past events directly into the new one.
How do I upload a CSV guest list?
On the Guest List page, click Upload .CSV File. Download our example template. Fill it out the same way—using semicolon (;) separators, not commas. Need help with semicolon setup in Excel? Open Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Additional Settings. Change the List Separator from comma (,) to semicolon (;). Click OK and restart Excel.
